Using the platform

• Your account is personal. Use your real name — it is printed on your certificates — and do not share your login.
• Do your own assessments. Certificates obtained dishonestly may be revoked.
• Course materials are for your own learning. Do not copy, resell or republish them.

Payments and refunds

• Prices are in Kenya shillings and are shown before you pay.
• Access to a paid course, or a paid certificate, is granted once we confirm your payment.
• If you paid by mistake or cannot access what you paid for, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you.

Certificates

Certificates are certificates of completion issued by Zalika Africa Institute. They are not a government licence or professional registration. Anyone with a certificate's serial number can see the holder's name, the course and the issue date on our verification page.

Health and care content

Courses in caregiving, mental health and childcare are educational. They do not replace supervised practical training, professional medical advice or emergency services.

Your information

• We store your name, email, optional phone number and country, your course progress, assessment results, payments and certificates.
• We use it to run your account, issue certificates, confirm payments and contact you about your learning. We do not sell it.
• Instructors can see the names of learners enrolled in their courses and their progress.
• To correct or delete your information, email info@zalikainstitute.com.
